Warranty

Our Sparkle Neon Board is constructed with high quality materials and workmanship. We offer a full 12 month warranty.

Should our product fail to work or have faulty materials or workmanship whilst being used under normal operating conditions within 12 months of purchase, we will replace the product with a new one free of charge (conditions apply).

This warranty does not cover improper use, negligence or otherwise mis-use of the products supplied. The warranty requires that the purchaser send the faulty goods back to our warehouse (Sydney, NSW) at the purchaser’s expense. We will then assess and replace the unit if it is genuinely faulty, and we will bear the freight cost in sending the replacement item back to the purchaser (applies within Australia only).
