Q: What is included in the packaging with the Sparkle Neon Board?
A: The Sparkle Neon Board comes with a DC Adapter, a set of 5 fluorescent pens, wet-wipes, a metal hanging wire and a soft dry cloth. The A4 size also comes with a desk stand.    Easels and rechargeable batteries are sold separately.

Q: How long does the Sparkle Neon Board last ?
A: The Sparkle Neon Board uses a row of LED lights to illuminate the board. The expected lamp life of LED lights is up to 100,000 hours.

Q: What warranty will my Sparkle Neon Board come with ?
A: Our Sparkle Neon Board comes with a 12 month limited warranty.

Q: Does the Sparkle Neon Board have a high power consumption?
A: Because LEDs are the light source, the board consumes very low electricity (one eighth of the consumption of an incandescent bulb and half that of a fluorescent tube).

Q: Is the Sparkle Neon Board Environmentally Friendly ?
A: The LED light source is environmentally friendly, with no gas emission like fluorescent light produces, and no mercury used.

Q: Where can I use the Sparkle Neon Board?
A: The Sparkle Neon Board can be used in dozens of environments including Cafes, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Retail POS, Hotels, Cocktail Bars and Nightclubs.  However, it is not a water proof product so we strongly recommend placing it indoors when it rains. The Sparkle Neon Board is designed to hang on a wall or be placed on an easel. The A4 version can also be placed on a desk with the desk stand provided.

Q: How do I erase the writing on the Sparkle Neon Board?
A: Use the supplied wet wipes to first dissolve the handwriting, then wipe over the board once more with the dry cloth provided.

Q: Can I order custom size the Sparkle Neon Boards?
A: We can produce the board up to 240cm (width) x 120cm (height). Please contact us to place a custom order.
